I wish I could give Negative stars. This Company claims to be professional and "Luxury" but they are anything but that. My girlfriend and I were doing a cross country move and at our destination they extorted and lied to us. They claimed that their truck was unable to fit into our residence however our property manager confirmed that they were able to fit. With this information the driver refused to listen and threated that he was going to leave our stuff on the side of the road and demanded that we fire our own movers and U Haul truck. The man was wearing fricking Flip flops and clearly had no intention of doing any actual work. Worst Movers Ever!!!”

Seems like good pricing in the beginning, it's a SCAM. They will charge you a TON more upon arrival, men who picked up items also brought up getting tipped before they even enter your property and make it seem like your stuff may not be in the best hands if you don't tip (they then complained about the amount I did give them). Overcharged me for a "long carry" fee as well. Asked for an additional $1800 at arrival on top of my quote - if you don't agree then you lose your entire deposit!! Supervisor Vanessa is not helpful either, she does not treat you well nor care about your complaint.”

There was no communication between the service that set me up with the movers. They put my items in a storage place in another state than where I was moving.
