Hard working crew and very pleasant to deal with.! The items were packed very well and thoughtfully but the crew did not use enough furniture pads to adequately protect furniture items in transit. There were at least 12 -15 unused pads I had provided which could have been used to prevent damage to woodwork on several items I was also charged for port to port time which was not communicated beforehand. Even if this is an industry standard, you should include this in the cost estimates you share ahead of time.”

Seeing everything get packed up was emotional, however Vince and his men were more than friendly and understanding. My kids and I enjoyed interacting with them and the men were sure to make my sons feel good about seeing all of their belongings go away for a week. Vince was willing to work with us on holding our items a bit until we were able to move into our new home (he even let my mother add our houseplants to the trucks at the last minute). He met us at our new home and was amazing about unpacking and setting up the bigger items to make our space feel like home. Tonya, his wife, was along too. Together they made the move feel like we had friends alone even though we did not know a person in this new place. We are so great fun to have had such wonderful people with us on such an emotional journey. -And all of our belongings arrived in good shape.”
