I booked them for a move from CA to WI. I booked several months in advance. Contacted them multiple times to confirm everything was good and ready. They kept informing me everything was looking good and they will have dispatch contact me one day before my pickup. The day before pickup, nobody calls me. I had to call them myself multiple times before I even got a hold of them. Then they told me that their truck broke down and they couldn't get to me until Saturday morning. Friday (pick up day) I called them again and they said they can only pick up my stuff on Monday. I had to leave the apartment by Sunday so they messed up my entire schedule. They offered to refund my deposit (as if that helps with anything) but the refund would take 21-30 days to show up on my card. So, don't get this company, they appear to be a fraud”
