Worst movers ever!!!!! Please advise everyone to never ever opt for the services from this company.... totally unprofessional We are living in US since 2008 and with marriage and family and being in H1-b we have have been moving long distance that many times ... this must be our 8th move long distance in USA The worst moving company any body could get!!! They start at the least quote $2200..then on the day of moving without any change in the item listing they jack up the price by double the quote $5400... they say all stories of area occupied cubic feet and not items list... Then when they reached at the destination that come at night 11pm. We said that’s too late but they said they have to finish the same day Then they come with no toolset So all my TV dining table chairs etc., are lying in wraps and boxes ...who will come and assemble it for me now... On top of everything they say the 18 wheeler truck can’t come to the residential area and hence they have to move it into a smaller uhaul and another $1100 EXTRA on top of the receipt amount which was given on the moving day from the origin place BEWARE OF THESE SCAMSTERS!!! DONT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP...”

HORRIBLE COMPANY. Do not use this company. We were quoted 1,200 at the time of booking. Dealt with a very nice woman who promised a smooth run. Day of we are slammed with an extra 1,000 dollar fee for items we were never told to include. When we called the company we spoke to a woman named Jen who continued to scream at us on the phone. When asked to speak to her boss we were put on the line with another man and then continued to have the former woman employee scream at us and cuss at us in the background. Having GD come out of the mouth of an employee to a customer is uncalled for. Do not use this company unless you want to be scammed and deal with horrendous customer service. This company should be shut down.”

BUYER BEWARE!! BAIT AND SWITCH! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They will low ball you. They demand to deliver early. They demand lunch. They will NOT show licensing. They charge for full truck but only load Part. They "crate" anything with glass on it and charge 75+ per item with large items being over 200. This "crating" consists of them taping REGULAR moving blanket over item and then RIPPING boxes and taping a PIECE of cardboard to front of item. They will charge heavy item fees and then NOT load those items. They tried to charge me heavy item for NORMAL washer, dryer. They broke 2 doors in my house! They broke my deck rale. They broke PRICELESS butcher block bc they sent one giant lazy out of shape guy and two scrawny guys. I cannot warn you enough!!! My FINAL price was DOUBLE estimate and they did not load HALF of my furniture!! Im thinking some attorney needs to file class action lawsuit against this company.”

Classic bait and switch, this company quoted me a price that was very reasonable and I itemized our ENTIRE apartment, so I was not forgetting anything! On the day of move, the company loaded everything then gave the updated price which was more than double the estimate. They charged us for having to park further from the destination, packing certain items (that were already packed by us) and for additional square footage in the truck. On top of the price, they said in order to deliver our things the same weekend we would have to pay cash! $5,000 in cash what not what we planned for and when we tried to call their office, they are conveniently closed on the weekend. Absolute scam, horrible moving company- look elsewhere!”

Quoting so much lower and also doing the bait and switch - being 5 hours late to the job, harassing my husband for tips and money for vehicle tow that had nothing to do with us, no one answering the phones at this scam of a company, have reported to BBB and have done other options as we never got our stuff, refuse to come up with a reasonable amount, the guy i spoke with hung up on me, obviously embarassed by his horrible reviews. How can you be proud scamming folks like this during a pandemic? Quoting $1800 and then asking for $8500, is this even for real? I hope everyone reads this and this company goes out of business. This is no way to treat people in a vulnerable state, just trying to get their personal belongings back. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!”
