If I could give them a zero I would. Poor customer service and no personality. I would call someone out of town. If they work like some of them answer the phone it's not worth your 125 an hour. Did not show up to the delivery and then turned phone to voicemail. They were supposed to be there between 2 and 4 called at 410 and was told they would be there when they get there (Yep seriously those were his words lol). We don't do business that way and if they have only one cell phone between them (obviously when they can't call to see where the others are in route)maybe they should consider not having a business. The response was there was an accident which was sent to my email after I sent them an email. "Sorry for the inconvenience and we were not being rude, we had an accident." Sooo you turn your business phone off and never show up or call even the day after? I call BS Took up a whole day and then finally found another company who is legit. Thanks for nothing guys

Delivery men were not wearing face coverings during a pandemic (even though they talked to me, entered my home, etc.) They also shamed my treadmill purchase calling it a "waste of money" while I was in the room. The treadmill delivery was left in the hallway on its side, when the box is clearly labeled which direction is up.

0 stars. I called and made an delivery appointment on Thursday and the owner, told me that he could get it sent out on a truck on Friday. (The package had already been sitting there for 5 days and they were suppose to call and make an appointment with us) But when I didn’t hear back, Home Depot said to call and schedule it with them. So Friday came between 8-12 and it didn’t show. I called him and said that they didn’t get a truck sent out and that it will be here on Saturday between 8-12. It didn’t show up. I called back on Saturday when it didn’t come and he said that it will be here on Sunday between 8-12 . Didn’t show up. Then I call him I ask and he states “we are closed call me back tomorrow, i’m going through personal stuff” and hangs up the phone. Very unprofessional. Then Monday comes I call and he says “I promise it will be here on Tuesday. Truck pulls up, I go out, and oops. The package it not on the truck! So the guys tell me that Jake, the “delivery guy that loads the trucks” will call my fiancé and he never did. So I tried calling the owner, the man I have been speaking with. And he is now ignoring my calls and my fiancé’s. They are also ignoring Home Depot, because they can’t get ahold of them either. I sent the owner a message just asking if he can ask least tell me if it’s lost, stolen, if they misplaced it so we can cancel, refund, or get a new order in. But he is not responding. Update: He called my fiancé the next day, after ignoring our calls and texts, and apologized for not responding. Our package apparently got delivered to the complete wrong address and house. Even though our names and correct address were on the box. So now he is stating it will be here tomorrow between 8-12. Hopefully it does come.

Owner personally drove 2 hours to deliver our furniture on a weekend after Crate & Barrel and their shipping company FragilePak screwed up our delivery. If you are about to leave a bad review it's important not to blame the small MT delivery company for logistical nightmares! These large companies take advantage of small moving companies like Let's Get Moving LLC by providing poor scheduling information and not paying them well. This company goes out of its way to support locals and cares about you. Big companies like FragilePak screw it all up!

Lets Get Moving delivered a sink to us for Home Depot. The item got lost somewhere in Montana. I canceled the order and got a new sink from Lowes. Out of the blue, the sink was delivered to our house. We explained to the Lets Get Moving employee that we canceled the order. We were told to send a text message to the employee's phone number refusing the delivery. We did as we were asked and several months later we discovered that the item was never returned to Home Depot and we were being charged for the sink. The owner, Brain, was very rude to us and would never respond to our repeated requests for help resolving the matter. We are still being charged over $400 for a sink that we asked to be sent back. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY TO DELIVERY ANYTHING!!!

In May of 2019, I called Let’s Get Moving to hire help with loading our truck. I requested movers for July 3rd. I received a call on June 2, from a gentleman who said he was confirming our load date for June 3rd. The next day. I clarified and stated it was July 3rd not June 3rd. I told the person on the phone if I was unclear I was sorry but it was July 3rd. He said ok and we agreed that it was good he called to confirm, he said ok. On the morning of July 3rd two gentlemen arrived on time and started to work. About two hours into the job the owner Brian arrived and got more men to help with the move. I could see that the group was struggling and bought lunch for the two people that showed up at the beginning. I offered the new guys food including The owner Brian. No response from Brian he ignored my offer. The men that worked for Brian were polite and professional, they said no thank you.Unlike their boss. The owner Brian would not answer any questions or when I offered to make things easier he again ignored me. As the time continued Brian was becoming more agitated, Brian said to my husband and I that in BUTTE JULY 3rd is a holiday and he should not be working at all. I booked the job back in May, and it was discussed again on June 2. From the middle of the truck to the end of the truck our packing job turned into a hurry up and get it done. There were problems, when we unloaded our furniture was placed down on the truck without a pad or blanket and has large scratched areas. Brian cannot say he was not informed. I explained we have a 3 bed home with lots of totes in the basement. I suggested 2 loaders and when they arrived and saw the job was more than they planned for I suggested they call and get more help, I didn’t mind paying a higher rate per hour for more help. It was a big job and I respect what movers do and really appreciate them. Brian did not come to access the job before hand to see what they would need. Long story, but I want others to know that the owner Brian was not professional or good at what he did. He crammed our truck and when I called him after words to talk about he said hey your truck got loaded, what else do you want? Brian said he’s been doing this for 10 years and he’s never had a problem. This is the wrong company for a big job!!! They may do well on small jobs like washers and dryers but DO NOT! DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR ANY JOBS bigger than a small truck or individual items. his company was recommended by our relator and I let her know she really should not recommend them. The owner Brian was an irrational and all he cared about was having to work on the 3rd of July. Just in case Brian doesn’t know the 4th of July is the National Holiday. And it was your job to say we don’t work on 7-3.

Hire this HONEST and RESPONSIBLE company. You may have read my review recently about a negative experience that I first had with this company as they had not taken care of a few things that needed to be reimbursed due to getting broken and then would not call me back. Little did I know that there were some major issues going on that were really causing this owner his own problems in which he was just struggling to move forward. He eventually did get a hold of me and not only apologized profusely for not handling things professionally at the Tim, but reimbursed the ENTIRE move back to me. Thank you Brian! I did not expect that and in this day and age most people just continue to blame others rather than taking true responsibility. If I could write 10 stars for your professionalism in handling this I would. You have proven that some companies out there actually care about their customers more than the bottom line and that’s why you are a great company that will only continue to grow!

So I live in the middle of nowhere. UPS and FEDEX have gotten lost finding me but never even attempted to call even thought they had my phone number. Not to mention when they have located my address they’ve left packages literally setting on the road 1/4 mile from my house, in the rain, unprotected. The only reason I even noticed one delivery was because I thought someone had tossed a bunch of trash out on the road. Enter “Let’s Get Moving”. First time I’ve ever done business where this company out of Butte, Montana was the delivery service hired. Service. Service. That’s the key word. Many companies will deliver your stuff and I’ve had many companies that did just that—even if they didn’t do it properly. Today, having Let’s Get Moving arrive with my delivery was quite refreshing and pleasant. I was called ahead of time to confirm their arrival. I gave brief directions of how to locate me. Dakota and Nicholas are a couple of go-getters. They arrived on time—the early edge of on time—and they both wore smiles. They were extremely professional and delivered the package to my satisfaction, in my shop, right where I wanted it. They own the definition of SERVICE! They were friendly and courteous. Good job, guys, you represented your company very well!!

This company is the local terminal delivery for a treadmill I ordered from Nordictrack. They have had my item for a week and have refused to schedule delivery. The phone number he gave me to contact, no one ever answers and he told me to try leaving a voicemail. I’ve now left 4 voicemails and have received no call back. They have my $2,000 treadmill and are dodging phone calls and failing to deliver.
