UNFORTUNATELY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Bring the right material - first delivered gravel instead of topsoil, don't put cracks in asphalt drive - I would have expected an experienced driver to advise load may have been too heavy, put load where asked - drove all the way to back of lengthy drive instead of at front, don't laugh at spouse when she pointed out cracks in driveway, after laying and looking at clay in soil and compacting it appears we were delivered fill dirt instead of top soil. Owner has not returned call in 3 weeks. Compare the soil we had to the delivered dirt – we had nice black dirt and what was delivered was brown with clay. The clumps you see aren’t rocks, they are soil clumps. We checked with a nursery and topsoil would not harden like bricks with rain, it would turn black and stay loose.”
