They were very careful and considerate of all our household belongings and Frantz is a MASTER of spatial relationships!! I couldn't believe how he figured out the maze of getting all our belongings in that POD. We had to order another smaller POD after completely filling a 16'-er and we requested both of them to come back and help us having seen how they worked. After an extremely, and I mean extremely, long day for both of them, they arrived at our home as the last customer of the day and were STILL very courteous and efficient in doing their job. I thought we were off to a slow start, took an hour and a half to pack just our bedroom ( expensive bedroom set furniture ) after a couple of hours and I understood why. All our belongings were wrapped extremely well and protected. Something other movers did not do. They were loading a pod for us. The pod was only half full and they already had 3/4 of our stuff protected and packed meticulously. Trantz, the man loading the pod was measuring and planning to ensure we used every inch of space he possibly could. Well everything didn't fit as my wife was quick to tell me when I first got the pod and she was right which I hate to admit, but they didn,t supply the pod so it was not their fault. I asked if they could please move everything that did not fit into our garage. Absolutely sir, no problem at all. The men were respectful of us, our home and our belongings. In the end I learned that things take time to wrap and protect. It was a late move and the men were on their third job and must have been tired from the previous jobs, but did not show it with a bad attitude Etc. So yes, If you want a moving company to just throw your things in a truck, don't call this company. If you want your furniture protected and packed utilizing every inch of space then this is the place for you.”

Today we had two gentlemen show up at 8:30am to begin our packing for our first out-of-state move. They were on time, courteous, very diligent, cared about their work and did an excellent job. They communicated extremely well, asked how we wanted our furniture and items packed in the pod and really cared for our items like they were their own. Summary: James's take is that it's acceptable to ask his clients to "choose" between the movers arriving 6.5hrs after the initial ETA or canceling on moving day when they only have the truck for the day and their lease ends the following day. If you want dependable movers, do not hire Jwun movers. I hired Jwun through u-haul to help load and unload my truck. I chatted with James who informed me that while I requested a morning move through the u-haul form, they wouldn't be available until 1pm because they had a morning move. That was no problem. On moving day I get a text from James that they are running late and that instead of coming at 1pm, it would now be 4-5pm. Again, not ideal but we said ok. At 4pm, we called James and he informed us that he was helping clients before us and emphasized that since we had booked through u-haul and they booked directly with him, they were the priority. He then again updated their arrival time to 5:30-6:00 but promised they would get the job done. At 6:00, we get a call from one of his guys telling us they're almost done with the previous job and will head over, but that they were an hour away, putting their new ETA at 7:30pm. We ended up cancelling with James and had to scramble to find friends to help us load/unload the truck. James had the audacity to tell us that it was our fault and that 1pm was an ESTIMATED time of arrival. If I could give zero stars I would. Moving is extremely stressful, and more so when you're just sitting and waiting for the people you hired to help you move. I understand that sometimes things happen. Had James been upfront with us with a proper ETA, the day would have gone much more smoothly. But instead, he delayed multiple times and treated us very unprofessionally.”

Poor service. if you want to have your furniture to have holes in leather and wreck your washer, hire this moving company. If you want them to be 3 hours late, hire this company. If you want these guys to waste so much time by smoking cigarettes and talking to each other instead of working and finishing the job at 1 am with your help, go for this moving company. Finally if you make any complaint they won't be responsible. I am going to start a lawsuit against them soon.”
