We have used Integrity Moving many times over many years. We have used them in a variety of situations. We first contacted them because we had a baby piano to move to our new home. We were p[leased to find out that they are a full service moving and storage company. They stored our entire household including the piano, washer, dryer...ever for over 9 months. When they delivered it our new home everything was in perfect condition. The piano sustained one small blemish and Integrity had it professionally and beautifully remedied. Since that time we have had them move entire rooms out and into other rooms for storage during renovations. They then came back upon project completion to place everything they had moved back to where it belonged. Just the other day we had them move 15 very heavy concrete planters off our two balconies and they will be returning in a couple weeks to put them back on the balconies. The crews have always been very professional. They are extremely nice people and do every job with a smile on their faces. The office staff is friendly, efficient, and accommodating. John’s team was efficient and fast, clean and they even installed our washer/dryer hookup properly! There was a potential problem with the hookup between the washer/dryer and the hose and they addressed it. I had left a message with the general manager, Micah, and he was amazing at resolving my issue. They were friendly too and put our boxes and items where we needed them to go. Pricing was very reasonable, despite our many boxes! They also explained what they were going to do before they did it, and truly showed integrity in all their dealings with us. Highly recommended! They are 8a-5p M-F, 8a-12p Sa and closed Sunday. Website does not show it yet but they will renovate it to display their hours.”

They moved my home a few miles. In the process of the move the broke our main dining room table legs. Made the table unusable. They took the table for repair and have had it ever since. They have been unresponsive when the table repairs are going to be made or when the table will be returned to our home. This is very unprofessional. Accidents happen but they need to learn how to manage them once they have been made. Poor quality. Owner response is wrong. I was only informed that it would take 3 weeks to repair the table after this post was made.”

The piano was a problem. It would not fit down the basement steps. They had to back it up the steps and put it in the living room. Their patience was remarkable. There were no other problems. One of the worst moves I have ever experienced, took all day to move a 1 bedroom town house and still had to straight up leave some stuff at the old place. Not one piece of my furniture got wrapped so I watched as they carry my antique 1920s Art Deco bedroom furniture down by just the two legs. Mind you almost all of my furniture is original mid century and Art Deco furniture. We get to the new apartment they lay salt (I had to pay extra for) put down so much it covered all of our original dark hardwood floors in hard salt rocks. Not one mover was worried about wearing booties or worried about my belongings clearly. They put everything so close to the front door you could hardly even get in the apartment and clearly did not care where I wanted stuff in the new apartment. As going through my now tattered belonging I find a huge gold leaf mirror shattered that they moved and just placed the pieces in front of it. My crystals chandelier I had to pay extra for them to move is now missing crystals and have chains hanging off of it. Mattress is all dirty and this is just to name the huge things not even getting started on nicks dings and scuff. All of my dressers had drawers removed and just spread around my apartment, instead of wrapping and moving it together like all other movers do. Like really what are you paying for with this company, I have used two men and a truck and had a better experience they just nicked a dresser. Then at the end of it charged me not only for "snow removal" but extra money because they took so long to move shaving everything in my apartment.”
