We met James, Riley, and Dale at 8:15am; they reviewed all the boxes, bins and furniture and made their plan of action on moving everything down and out. Did my stuff get moved? Yes. Did it get damaged? Some of it. They arrived an hour past the time frame provided. I never received an update and I called the 800 number 5 times to try to obtain an update. I was charged $30 for tape, which I assumed would be something Included when you hire professional movers. My nightstand has a giant dent in it. A curtain rod is nowhere to be found. All the labeled boxes were scattered throughout my condo. It took me hours to locate and relocate items. My cactus that I meticulously wrapped in bubble wrap was uprooted. I didn't feel like my items were treated with care. And felt pressured to tip them or they wouldn't leave. I am grateful they were able to move my large couch into my third floor condo, but god knows what happened underneath it. I couldn't watch. Billy was a champ and the hardest worker by far, he was quick and efficient. I did appreciate him and I'm not sure how long it would have taken had he not been there. Next time I'll use my previous moving company who moved everything from Seattle to Kirkland in the same amount of time and cost me $200 less, with two men.”
