In & Out Moving in Hudson, NC I highly recommend for any service you may need. Taylor was very knowledgeable, and professional when I initially spoke to him on the phone. I was in desperate need of someone ASAP, and he made it happen. The men that he sent out were very friendly, and certainly professional in their handling of the pieces I needed moved. I still am amazed that they were able to move them due to the size, and weight of the pieces I had purchased. I initially had 2 fellows the day before that were going to move them for me, but once they arrived, and saw the size, and how heavy they were said that they couldn’t even lift the smallest piece much less load or unload them onto/off a truck. I then learned from the seller about In & Out. When Robert and the other man with In & Out arrived, they looked at them and said “Not a problem”. They handled my pieces like it was nothing. They were very careful, and respectful of my pieces as to not hit, scrape, or scratch them. Also, time wise they were very efficient to help me with cost instead of dragging it out which some do when you are paying by the hour. I was impressed, and appreciative for that also. This is an amazing company. I wish I could give them 10 stars! I ordered a bedroom set of furniture from an online furniture site, which we will call Company X, and they completely butchered my order from start to finish. I have never been more disappointed and infuriated by a company in my life. In & Out Moving & Delivery was just the White-Glove carrier that Company X used to deliver my order. After literally 2.5 months of trying to find and get my furniture from Company X, when I had been promised that I would receive the furniture in 2-4 weeks, I finally demanded they tell me the name of the White-Glove carrier, which I learned was In & Out. It took only 1 call to In & Out to learn everything I needed to know about my furniture. Not only did they give me every answer I needed, but they had taken the initiative to REPAIR MY DAMAGED ITEMS THEMSELVES. Guys. I didn't pay In & Out a dime, they were just my carrier. But they saw that my items were damaged, Company X could not/would not get replacement items in, my items were just sitting in their warehouse and they FIXED EVERYTHING THEMSELVES so the damaged items looked like new! I repeat, I was not even a paying customer of theirs, but within 1 week of speaking to them, my items were loaded onto their truck and delivered to my home. The men who delivered and put together the furniture were extremely professional, efficient, and honest. I'm only sad I didn't try to contact them sooner, as no doubt I would have had much better luck than beating myself over the head trying to get anywhere with Company X. This level of customer service goes far above and beyond professionalism into the realm of legendary. My family has a huge move coming up next summer and there is absolutely no doubt in my mind who I will be calling first to be our moving company. I am so grateful to them and reassured to know that there are still good people and companies out there - In & Out being high on that list!”

They charged me over $800 to deliver 20 inset cabinets which were wrapped and boxed impeccably. They were sloppy and rushed and didn't have the proper equipment to offload. In & Out damaged 3 cabinets (inset frames - which the doors don't hide) so I had to have the cabinets remade (at my expense) which took another three weeks. I was livid. NO call backs, no communication. I hired a different moving company. The other company is professional and careful and now my main warehouse/ mover for my business. They only charge me $200 for deliveries.”
