The other company's men showed up as scheduled but refused to wear masks inside my home at a time when cases of Covid were still rising in the state. They left after I refused to allow them in my home. I then was in a pinch, needing the furniture moved asap. I called Home Bound and they were able to send movers out within an hour or two.
