My family and I are making a long distance move and I spent a fair amount of time contacting various moving companies, but I definitely made the right choice in choosing High Touch Moving. During my initial phone call I was greeted by Lisa who is extremely professional, personable, and reliable. She was able to talk me through how the process would look each step of the way and was able to answer any and every question I had. What I also appreciate about working with Lisa was her attention to detail. She called when she said she would call and sent emails when she said she would send emails. Moreover, when we had a large amount of items added to the inventory the morning of the move (the changes got to her at 8am and pickup was scheduled for 10am. And I know I’m not the only client but she treats you as if you are) she was able to make the price adjustment to the estimate quickly and informed the foreman of the change immediately, which made the process so much smoother. When the Foreman Alex arrived it was seamless. He was fully aware of the changes and let me know he would go through each item with me to make sure the inventory was correct and the pricing would be accurate. Alex and his team were so quick and efficient and took every measure to make sure all of our items were carefully wrapped, labeled, and disassembled if need be (they will also assembly upon delivery). It was also nice to see the professionalism didn’t end with Lisa because Alex and his crew were very prepared and friendly as well. Overall, this was a amazing experience for what can often be a stressful time and I would recommend High Touch Moving to anyone needing moving services.”

From all the great assistance with packing everything up (we weren’t finished with packing everything ourselves; it’s hard work packing with a toddler running around) to the disassembling and reassembling of all the large furniture pieces, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. Nothing was damaged or broken and everything was reassembled exactly how we had it previously. We even have a full glass cabinet that arrived with all pieces fully in tact. Sean was great to deal with on the phone and John was both professional and hilarious on the day of the move (I recommend asking for him, if possible; he will definitely make your moving day less anxious and much more fun).
