I used HCPM over a month ago. I've been trying to get a door fixed that was broken by the team leader-Tom when moving. I told him I would get back to him for replacement of the door and they finished the move. I was satisfied with the service and thought everything was great until the first missed appointment to get the screen door replaced. I contacted the company and they told me that Tom would handle it. Tom calls me a week after the first missed appt and tells me they had to order the door because it wasn't in stock. To this day a month and weeks after I still have no replacement door. After calling and texting no one has contacted me and I cant leave messages. I will happily change this 1 star when my door problem is resolved.”

Tom and his crew did a great job with my move. They communicated the time they would arrive at my place and let us know they would be running behind due to traffic. His crew was very professional and efficient with moving the boxes onto their truck. They made sure to be careful when unloading and loading our boxes and furniture.
