Will they give you the lowest rate? YES. Will it be worth saving those few dollars? NO. 1. I confirmed before booking that they will bring their own tape, furniture pads, moving blankets and plastic wrap, said it's included in $75 service fee. I saw only 1 roll of shrink wrap which they used on the mattress after me telling them twice. Nothing else was wrapped or secured in any way. Result: there are scratches and chips all over my furniture (attaching pictures) 2. We paid for assembly/disassembly of furniture, and told them to bring their own power tools since we had a bad experience with our move last time. They took first 20 mins to point out more mistakes from the last movers, ok. And was I satisfied with this one? Well, they conveniently forgot all the screws in the old apartment and I had to drive back and forth (Seattle to Kirkland 50mins) in the middle of them unloading at the new place. 3. my shoe rack is still MIA! I saw it leave my old apartment, never arrived at the new one, they told me they left it on side of the truck and forgot to load it Highly unprofessional, please save you time and money and go with one of the bigger brands and more expensive options. Trust me you'll regret hiring them for life or at least until you buy the ones they forgot to load on the truck and also replace your scratched and chipped furniture will stare back at you.”

Had a relatively short distance move from one apartment to another within the same complex. Shawnessey came with one other person. Can't say enough nice things about him. He was extremely polite not just to me but to all of my neighbors as well. He took really great care in getting everything moved over and reassembled while juggling phone calls of other people trying to schedule with him. He made a minor scratch on the wall when moving stuff and he offered to pay for any damages that may be levied by the building. It was so small that unless I stared at it, I couldn't spot it. This isn't some big business - just a local guy hustling. Appreciate all of his hard efforts and would likely hire him when I have to move again.”
