I was completely blown away by Joey and his amazing team! My house sold faster then we thought it would and the house we were moving into was not ready to close and we ended up having to put everything into storage. Our original movers flaked and I was completely stressed and thankfully stumbled onto his website. Every time I called with questions or changes my call was taken or returned within minutes, including emails. The only thing easy about moving was Joey and his team! They showed up early and ready to work. I had fragile and big pieces acquired from estate sales from Boston, they had no problem moving them and were very careful. He brought tools, pads and wrap. They knew exactly what they were doing. I was worried my young daughter would be upset or get in their way, they went out of their way to make her and us completely comfortable and happy the whole time (all dads who got it). I had a large house with more stuff then I should...even an old mustang that had to be pushed out of the garage to be moved. A truly wonderful group of men who in my mind saved the day and worked their butts off! I can’t wait to see Joey and his team again when we make our final move from storage. Damaged furniture and unresponsive owner. The guys that moved me were great-personable, hard-working and finished the job early. Unfortunately there were a few items damaged. It tools several calls and unanswered texts from Joey, the owner, to finally come out and look at the damage (one month after my move). He finally came, apologized and attempted to repair the damage but needed to come back to finish. He has not come back, it took multiple texts and phone calls to even get a response, to which he doesn’t follow up. My boyfriend, thankfully, hired another company and they were amazing. Night and day. I understand damages can happen, but I was very disappointed on how poorly and unprofessionally this was handled.”
