Original quote was for three men, three hours to move listed furniture and 25 large boxes. My son came over the day before the move, and took all the boxes over to my new place to help reduce the moving time. The day of the move, the workers arrived an hour and a half late because of an accident on 77 and owner gave them the wrong address. I had very limited furniture to move: two beds, two dressers, a sofa, dining table w/8 chairs, a credenza, large tv and a plant. The distance from apartment to house was 2 miles. The project could have EASILY been completed in less than 2 hrs with three men, but they did it in 2hrs 15min. The movers were friendly, but the owner was rude and unprofessional. She charged for 3 full hours, and begrudgingly took off the tax to make up for their late arrival. I would not recommend this company.”

Not the best experience. Other sites had a mixture of great and unhappy reviews, so I gave this place a try for a small 2 hour move. They were supposed to be at my home at 9 with a call or text ahead. At 10 I heard nothing and called them. Oh yeah, they were running late. They showed up at 10:45 with no apology. I had to tell them to wrap the furniture and quilt it and they dropped it. They tried to drag a nice chest down a concrete driveway and I stopped them. For all this they offered to deduct 1.20 of my bill. Yes, you are reading this right. They finally deducted 5.00 off, which only leaves me to pay 45.00 for a service call to repair my sofa. They were really nice and I mean that.”

I wish I could leave 0 stars. This company hit our car in their delivery truck and refuse to do anything about it even though we have multiple eye witnesses. The owner is also terribly rude and all she does is talk back to you. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY or you will be terribly sorry.”
