It cost almost double the phone estimate (7 hours instead of the estimated 4 hours), but such is life. We used Frye's Moving Company in NJ, and it was the worst decision ever! They broke their promise of protecting the floor and stairs. They damaged nearly $2,000 of our furniture, and lost our deposit because of the damage during the move. We had extensive damage caused to our new home, and they charged us WAY over their estimate. It was a complete nightmare. They were late to start, had one less person than we were promised, they were unprofessional, slow to move our stuff and had transportation issues that raced up more fees. I basically paid them to leave. In the aftermath, their management (Joe Sr.) was totally inept with dealing with customers. Avoid at all costs!”
