Omg!!! These guys are very nice and get the job done. I hired them to move down 4 flights of stairs and into a container to be driven to Alabama. They came on time and worked hard even after running into my maintenance guys who were rude!! They still got the container packed and didn't even need a second container; so money back from that container was not being used!! Justin the owner is very nice and professional as is his staff!! John, Justin and Anthony and Chandy made a complex and intimidating move very easy and comfortable! Their response time was incredibly fast and they mastered the logistics of our move ( two old houses into one new one) giving us an immediate sense of relief and confidence. They are just great in every way you'd want movers to be. We were really up against it, and they honestly made a miracle happen for us. Even John (the owner) took a hands on helpful role even though he was in another state at the time! These guys are just great so look no further. Trust me! I've moved about a dozen times and these are the kind of first rate guys you want taking care of your move. UPDATE 8/25/20: I am adding another 5 STARS to Finishline Movers rating. Justin and the crew just performed another miracle for us in their usual timely, professional, friendly and flexible manner. I've moved over a dozen times in my life. I've never seen so much care and hard work put into a move as Justin and his crew put in from Finishline. It was a very difficult move as our business and residence was moving together. So in all it took a taxing 10 hours to load then another 7 hours to unload a few days later. His men didn't slow down, even near the end. Also --as a woman, I felt very comfortable around his crew. Justin's men were all very kind, smiled and were very respectful. I didn't feel uncomfortable for a single second. They even went above and beyond and placed my plants where they thought they would look best out in the yard. Extra bonus points for their extended courtesy. Wouldn't dare go anywhere else. A++ highly recommended.”

They were extremely careful with all my furniture and belongings and treated them as if they were their own. Moving in hours was restricted in my building, but they made arrangements to insure everything was delivered safely. Justin even returned to repair an item that accidentally broke in transit. From start to finish, I was treated with utmost courtesy, consideration and honesty. They were in time, and did everything they said they would. These guys went above and beyond. Our moving experience with Finishline Movers was not good. We were overcharged, they did not finish loading because they ran out of room, they did not work efficiently, and did not bring the correct equipment to get the job done. I contacted Justin, the owner about these issues. He was apologetic and did fix SOME of the overcharge, but after our experience, this is not a company we would use again. According to the owner, our move was entered into his system at a price $50 higher per hour. As the move was happening, I was told they were adding an additional mover at no extra cost. After the fact, I was told that I would be paying the higher price for the time they added an extra mover. Also, the movers were not honest at all about their lunch/break times; this was also partially corrected by the owner when fixing the overcharge. Besides being overcharged, I was underwhelmed by the whole experience. They movers were not especially careful with our possessions and home. On both ends they scraped and chipped walls in many places. (At my old home I had to hire a painter to do fixes for the people buying our house, which cost me $450.) The movers showed up with just 1 dolly on the first day. Fortunately, I have 2 dollies I let them use or they might still be hand carrying every box to the trucks. To me, this lack of being prepared just cost me more money because they are not as efficient without the correct equipment. I was also pretty disappointed that they were not able to get everything into two 26-foot trucks. At the point they did not think things would fit, it was too late for me to rent another truck, and they did not have any ideas to help. I ended up renting another truck early the next morning and loading it all myself. The attitudes, behavior and language of the movers was also not even close to professional. They spent considerable time complaining about all aspects of this job and their job. There were many times where I could not locate members of the moving crew and a coupe time spotted then sitting in the front of the moving truck or down the street smoking (which at least was better than when they were smoking in the back of the truck while loading). Many of our items now smell like smoke. I have 2 small daughters and the language they used in their presence was not acceptable at all. What might be the worst thing that happened was at the end of the first day, one of your movers said to another, "We should just take off and sell all this stuff and we'll be set." If they did not have a truck full of my stuff, I would have fired them on the spot. Even if it was said in a joking manner, after a long day of moving (that was not finished), there is no excuse for saying something like that. I found this company on Yelp and the good reviews were a lot of what made me pick Finish Line Movers. Reading back over other reviews, it feels like the reviews were for a different company and for sure a different crew. After the move, the owner, Justin, told me that he was normally part of the moving crew and that his guys would not act like this with him around. Unfortunately for us, he had a family obligation that weekend and was not a part of the move at all. As someone that manages people, my expectation is exactly the same if I am present or if I am on vacation; my people know that and work the same if I am there or not.”

PSA: DO NOT HIRE! We had the absolute worst experience with this company. To start they told my husband they would be at our storage unit in 45 minutes and showed up over an hour and 45 minutes later. After collecting our stuff it took over 5 hours to drive what should take a little over-an hour. When they arrived they were overtly RUDE calling my father Pops and complaining about how heavy things were. They also argued with me about where things should go. This place is the absolute worst! These guys also told my husband one of our boxes was leaking but really they had left our stuff in the RAIN. All around unprofessional. Do not use!”
