Falcon Moving is absolutely awful!! I utilized them to move and store my entire house. The move into storage was ok. It was the move out of storage to my new place that was horrible!! The movers arrived an hour late. Misquoted the price by $300 plus dollars. They lost the bolts to my table. I had to strongly talk to management to make them send a worker to the hardware store to stabilize my table.Only after I mentioned the table could fall onto my 20 mth old grand daughter. The mattress bag I purchased from them was ripped which made my mattress dirty. My chair was ripped. They didn't put the mirrors back onto my dressers. Also, a piece of my bed is missing. I have called management every other day ,but have yet to reach a resolution. If you hire Falcon for your move, you will be disappointed!”

We had a very local move last weekend, and hired falcon, finding they came in at the most reasonable price. Using them for our move was a terrible experience. For our move out, the moving crew arrived two hours late then the scheduled time, ended up finishing the move in the pitch dark. They were vulgar, loud, vaping in our driveway and shouting. Although they said they would need one truck, they ended up not planning/packing it well, and telling us we needed to move multiple items "personally". This included lawn mowers, patio furniture, all large items they knew they would be moving and needed to go on a truck. A few of these items they actually did not even tell us they couldn't fit, and just left for us to hopefully find and move on our own (in the backyard, in the dark). This was happening 10 hours before our home close sale and final walk through. On the move in, the same crew broke my sons crib, and gashed our wall. While I understand of course these things happen, the most disappointing part of all was the response from the owners re: the broken crib. They claimed they would send their "wood worker" out to fix the crib, as they didn't want to pay to replace it, which we accepted, but then have now been unresponsive when we asked to schedule for them to come out. All in all, they made the moving process incredibly more stressful for us. 11/17: I wanted to update this to say after posting this review last week we did hear from Jason again (owner) re: the wood worker coming out to look at fixing our sons crib. He did come out this weekend and was able to fix the furniture. This Wood worker they contract with was excellent and did a great job. I appreciate Jason following up to ensure that this happened.”

Horrible experience. I've moved a lot and this was unlike anything else. They estimated 4 hours with 3 guys. They showed up without masks and when asked to put them on, they refused. One of the guys was great, one was ok but had never done a move before, and the third was high as a kite and walking around with a chair on his head whistling. The job took them WAY longer than it should have, because there was only one experienced mover. They had to be told over and over again where to put things and they ended up having to move a lot of things twice because of their poor listening skills. At the end of the job they wanted to charge me $600 more than the estimate. The foreman called Jason who basically said too bad, this is what the new cost is. When I told him I would pay him the amount originally agreed upon only, he told his foreman to call the police on me. Jason was extremely unprofessional, didn't apologize once for the horrible move, and hung up without saying anything. He then "changed his mind" and decided not to call the police and accepted my payment. Terrible company and will never use them again. Back to two guys and a truck- much faster and much more knowledgeable. Zero stars.”

I'm the beginning Jason the owner was a pleasure to deal with, very responsive and the booking process seemed painless. That said on the day of the move the staff and truck were an hour and a half late. I called after waiting thirty minutes and got an update from the truck that it would be 35 more minutes, not a problem. But when that next 35 mins became an hour it's beyond annoying, it's simply unprofessional. Trying to coordinate 3 different pieces to this move and having one egregiously late left a bad taste in my mouth. On top of that the movers marked up the walls on both set of stairs, I had to go back and paint extensively. If that wasn't bad enough I later found one of my toilets plugged up from the movers. Do yourself and avoid these guys like the plague, cheaper is not always better. If you're looking for stress free move you'll be left with aggregation. When I discussed these issues with Jason (owner) he said he would talk to his guys and get back to me the next day. Glad I didn't hold my breath, no call back. Stay far away!”

I moved with Falcon a few weeks ago. I paid a bit more for their services because I could not find any negative reviews. My experience did not live up to what I read online. First, let me say, that the crew that came to my home worked very hard. They could have gone a bit faster with the load process in my opinion, but overall they did not dilly dally to "milk the clock" as other movers in the past have done. They did not take a break (which is was surprised by) and seemed like nice guys. They were all very young and appeared to be inexperienced though. The main guy told me at the beginning one was just getting back from vacation and "hadn't gotten his legs back yet." Not exactly what you want to hear when you've hired a company to move all your valuable possessions. He also had a very hard time explaining the various insurance options too me and kept trying to get me to sign off on no extra coverage. I was surprised, because isn't that where they make all their money? As far as the move goes, there were little dings and scratches to both my stuff and the walls, which is expected. They dumped quite a bit of stuff into their "zip pack" which is just a big cardboard box on wheels. My biggest complaint is I wish they would have asked me about some of the stuff because I would have directed them to leave it. I could have easily come back for the golf clubs and tower fans which ended up getting broken because they were all tossed in to the same zip pack together. I was standing around so it would have been an easy conversation. The only only real casualty was a tower fan that had the base completely broken. I spoke to the manager at the end of the move and he said he would call me the next day to file the claim and I never heard a word from him. The point is not the broken fan, at $.30 a pound the claim would have netted less than $1.50 probably and clearly not worth the time and effort. The point is that his crew damaged my belongings and he said he would call and follow up and never did. Very disappointing customer service. I share this so that you can go in with eyes wide open. We're they the worst movers I've ever had? Not at all. Did I have the glowing experience that I read about in the other online reviews? Also, not at all. One more thing to note. They crew did not even offer to wear masks. I moved mid-June and fully expected them to at least have masks on when they got out of the truck.”

In the last 4 months I have used Falcon moving twice with items being taken to storage and a townhouse the first time and from the townhouse and storage to a new home. This team showed up on time for both moves and worked hard throughout the day to get the move done as quickly has they could without damaging my goods. I had some difficult to move items that they handled with ease. Only a few minor dings on the walls from each move which I consider to be part of moving especially with objects that weigh hundreds of pounds. All of the furniture, tables, and the TVs were disassembled, packed, and reassembled with care with no lost parts. The movers all were all great to work with and were not afraid to ask questions or have a laugh to cut through some of the stress of moving. On the second move two trucks were filled and we thought a second trip would be needed but Falcon Moving pulled in another crew and truck to finish packing the storage unit cutting a couple of hours off of the moving time. While the second move did not go perfectly to plan the move was completed just an hour over the estimated time which was needed due to the size of the move. The price estimate was not far off of the actual cost. I would use falcon moving again for a move and recommend them as a great moving service.”
