I hired EZ Moving because a coworker recommended them. I am not pleases with the couch situation and how long the move took. I was told they could not get my couch out of my apartment as "angles change" which makes no sense. If you do the steps that got the couch into the apartment in reverse, it will come out. I ended up having to buy an entirely new couch after the old one was cut into pieces and thrown in the dumpster. I think it is work mentioning my old couch was in near perfect condition. The owner said this happens frequently and it was up to me to tell him how to get the couch out. If you market yourself as a professional moving company you should be able to handle moving a couch. Go with a different company so you don't have to spend an additional $700 on a new couch. I was also billed the 4.75 hours to move from a 1 bedroom to a 1 bedroom that are 15 minutes apart. Considering everything was boxed up and ready (aside from my TV being in a box - I was not notified beforehand it needed to be in a box for them to move it) this seems like a very lengthy move.”
