At first when they showed up with a tiny truck, I was a bit stressed. But when they explained the greater efficiencies with a small truck for a close move like ours, it made sense. The two guys worked fast, quietly, carefully. I think they took one break the entire day for lunch. We hadn't quite finished packing some areas and they did that without judgement or complaints. They wrapped all the couches and mattresses in protective plastic so it wouldn't get dirty. I can't explain how well they do their job!
