First, Omar was able to provide me with a flat rate based on an accurate assessment of my move (addresses, elevators, pictures of furniture and boxes, etc.), and no other company was able to beat the price, which was honored at the end of the move. Not only is Jorge clearly experienced, getting everything carefully packed and on the truck super quickly, he has a can do attitude that really makes your moving day easier. Without any problems they gave me a great price and sent two totally professional and kind dudes over -- Jorge and Santiago. I moved but had to drop of an additional piece at my parents house. They were incredibly helpful, funny and positive -- even when they had to navigate some really tight spaces with the truck in order to get into my building! They showed up right on time and communicated with me the whole time in a really good manner They wrapped anything they thought was fragile, were really careful not to leave any marks in the apartments and were thorough. Omar was able to book and confirm me on a Saturday morning for a job on Monday, no problem! He was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Prices are really good too! On the day of the move, Jorge was there to help. He and his partner showed up when he said, worked quickly, and took great care of my things. He even helped move some heavy objects into my car. The whole time they were both very friendly and respectful. And of course they took away several pieces of furniture to the dump. I've moved several times in the last 5 years, and in all honesty I am skeptical about ANY moving company. ETG responded to my message via Yelp right away with very fair pricing. I decided to take a chance on them since they have such great ratings and reviews. Today I had my move completed by Jorge and Sonny. They were both very friendly and did not stop working the whole day, even with masks on. My previous building required them to transport my belongings very long distances to a service elevator, and then an even longer distance to the moving truck. I'm sure they were exhausted but they worked even harder to complete the move timely, since my new building had a time limit for the service elevator. (I never heard a single complaint!) I was really nervous about moving in the middle of Covid-19, but Lewis and Nickson were the consummate professionals. They showed up on time, with gloves and masks. I was really impressed with how quickly and carefully they worked - wrapping each item in plastic, between the two of them... loading things and strapping my furniture carefully to the truck. I had bubble wrapped everything before they came, including a bar cart, and they both discussed the bar cart, and advised me to unwrap it, remove the glass, and pack the glass separately to protect it. I hadn't thought of that, but I really appreciated that they were looking out for me and my belongings. Payment was even easier, as they accept check or even Venmo.
