On 2/02/2021, I spoke with a female employee at Estes Express in Nashville TN, whom advised me that my package would be delivered to me on Wed 2/03/2021, between 12-4pm. I later received a text message stating that my package will be delivered during this time. On Wed I had someone waiting for the package and we waited until 5p. I then started calling Estes and no one could tell me where my package was or when it would be delivered. Dispatchers were rude and didn't want to assist me. horrible service, uneducated staff and poor customer service.

It was a terrible experience. I waited and waited for an appt time only to get a call from a machine. Then I was unable to get ahold of customer service to change the time. So I took off work to wait for my refrigerator to be delivered. Once delivered I did not have the option of them bringing it inside of my home so it sat in my driveway while I scrambled to find someone to bring it in. I am a single mom without a dolly. How was I supposed to get a refrigerator in my house. Not customer friendly at all. Will never accept shipment from this company again.

Considering the fact that you have a contract for large item delivery, it seems that you should make it clear that you will not deliver to anywhere that has any stairs at all. I can not be the only customer who lives in an apartment, and the drivers solution of dropping in in the parking lot with a “too bad company policy” is beyond insulting. To make matters even worse, when the driver lets me know that if I give him cash he might be able to do something to help me get the refrigerator to my front door, I feel like I’m being extorted. Delivery was a week later than advertised, the driver was beyond rude, and Estes obviously has created company policies to make sure they do t have to do any real work. I’ll be making an official complaint about your shoddy service directly to Lowes as well.

I was very disappointed that the delivery guy told me he was by himself and would not be bringing my delivery inside. If I had been told before I would have made arrangements for someone to be there at that time. He hardly spoke English and was ready to leave with my shipment. He left everything sitting in my driveway. I had to scramble to find someone to come and help me(female) bring that big shipment indoors as it was about to rain. Not satisfied at all.

The box containing a very expensive purchase was just left at the end of the driveway. It was placed in a spot where anyone could come and steal it. Nobody knocked to say they were here or asked where we wanted the delivery dropped and we were given no opportunity to inspect the delivery upon receipt. Terrible service.
