They kept us on track with the timeline how things would be packed how things would be moved and when we would expect them in our new home. Booking the appointment was great. I was told I would need a two man crew for a two bedroom 950 sq ft apartment on the second floor. That it would take approximately 6 hours. It actually took over 10 over 9 hours. I was specific with everything that I had in the apartment. The issue I ran into was complaining movers and obviously having to pay more. But the reason for the 3 star review was the finger pointing. That as a customer I was to blame for the movers having to move their truck constantly due to parking issue. If you all do this everyday and trained as professionals that’s a poor decision in your part. Secondly not bringing the proper tools to take apart the furniture. Is that the customers fault? To be honest I had the tools to take it apart so at the end the job was fine because if the customer. The constant complaining from the mover, at least from one. Telling the customer that fit this kind of job we should have hired more movers. I explained to the mover that the representative at booking said a two man crew would be fine. At the end I called management there was a lot of back and forth. I paid, still tipped the movers and learned a lesson. Looking at the others reviews I wish I could have given Established Movers a 5 star.”

All the furniture arrived with not a scratch, first move that nothing was broken. For a 2 bedroom apt we took about 7 hrs with about 1 hr of drive time.
