I called Easy Move and scheduled my moving appointment for Saturday morning the 27th between 8-8:30am. 9:30am the morning of my move came and I hadn't seen or heard from the company. I called them and was informed that the truck was in my neighborhood but was having a hard time getting down my street because its a one way but they would be there shortly. Finally, at 11:45am, I received a call from the company saying they would be there in 45 minutes but they are "losing money trying to help me out." That was one of the least rude things he said throughout the phone call. I never received an apology or explanation as to what was really going on. Moving trucks drive up and down my street all day long so there is no way that was the issue. This was the most unprofessional and rude treatment I have EVER gotten from a company. Also, they claim to be BBB accredited, but their business doesn't come up when you search for is on the BBB website, I had to manually enter the information.”

Hired them to come help move kegs coolers and food after our wedding to an after-party location. Confirmed with them the day prior that we still needed the truck. They send me a text a couple hours before they're supposed to be there asking for me to confirm AGAIN. Obviously it's my wedding (which they knew) and I'm not around my phone so they just decide not to show up and don't respond to my texts after I realized they were late. I was really counting on these guys to do what I hired them to and they just skipped it based on a missed text just before they were supposed to be there.They also seemed confused about what size truck they needed, something I had gone over with them in detail on the phone when I originally booked. I do not trust their reliability and would not recommend them to anyone.”

I will give the company credit, because they did a great job with my move, although the dispatcher told me (via email) that the cost would be $200 and I was charged $300. That isn't my main issue. My issue rest in the legitimacy of the company and my unsuccessful attempts to actually speak to a representative. I was given a standard form at the completion of my move, which was "supposed" to function as my receipt. However, the form had no information about the actual company, payment method, etc. When I turned the "receipt" in to receive reimbursement from my employer, they would not accept it because it lacked pertinent information. I reached out to the company several times, both via text and phone call and I have yet to receive a response. All I've asked for is a proper receipt (an electronic copy would suffice) so that I can receive reimbursement but, Easy Move has not returned my requests. If you are just looking for someone to get the job done, I guess this would be the place to call. If you are looking for professionalism, proper receipt and a response customer service representative (or anyone for that matter) this is not the place. It seems to be an underground operation of some sort...I also had no luck with finding a physical address. Kind of sketchy.”

they dont answer the phone, only text. I booked with them for a 9am move they didnt show up, Im calling and texting to confirm and nothing, they finally message back at 11am and said they had a truck break down and could come at 5pm with a discount. I hesitantly agreed, and guess what, THEY DID NOT SHOW UP OR CALL AT ALL. They did not respond to any messages inquiring of the status, in fact they blocked my number from texting. I cannot believe a company would leave someone high and dry like this. I am getting an attorney involved for lost wages. I took off work to move and they never showed up and had me to wait so late (5pm) finding a same day mover was impossible because all the other companies were closed. Please use anyone else but them.”

They are terrible! They never showed up to the appointment that was made. No call, text, email nothing! Very unprofessional. Could not get ahold of them and when they finally did return a TEXT message they said they could come at 5 pm( mind you the time to be at my house was 9-10am) and then on top of that only offer a 20%. And then still never showed up and has now blocked me and my sisters numbers from contacting them. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS. if I could take away stars I would at this point”

Family scheduled to move around 3pm on Saturday and they never showed up. Rescheduled to Monday 1-2 and they couldn’t make it on time so pushed it back to 3-4. Instead of just not showing up like they did before they decided to text and let us know they were exhausted so they were all going home. Lol. I seriously recommend not using them if you are in a hurry to move.”
