Incredible service. The team that moved us was professional, courteous, and efficient. But the truly amazing part was Dwight and Will, coming back 5 days later, to move our pull-out couch to the third floor -- a task we thought would only be possible if we got a forklift, aerial platform or chain and winch to hoist it up past our first floor to our 2nd floor balcony, given our narrow staircases. These guys were completely undeterred; they ended up standing on the roof of their van, pushing the pull-out couch onto our second floor balcony before lifting up the last flight of stairs. Dwight loves a moving challenge, and I bet he could solve any he and his team come across.”

We used DSR twice in the span of four months. The first one was moving my parents from their apartment to my house, and the movers were fantastic—quick but careful, and came in under budget. The second was an unexpected move from my house to two storage units. When I told the head guy he was moving to 2nd floor storage, he said, “That’s going to suck”—as if I had a choice! They showed up with no dollies so they moved very slowly for the first two hours until someone brought them. There was also some damage—a gash in my wall from a nightstand and a table leg broken off (although they did offer to repair the table leg, they refused to admit to the wall damage). So hit or miss all around.”

Overall the moving experience went well, movers were on time & efficient getting everything loaded and moved in a reasonable amount of time. We did have a few items break in the process, nothing major but still inconvenient. We were told these would be replaced and it has been nearly 2 months now and we haven't heard anything again from there. I have tried to contact them to ask but have so far been unsuccessful. Great movers unless something breaks, then don't expect to have it fixed/replaced.”

I hired DSR to complete my move. They started off great, were on time and brought extra supplies to help. But as the day progressed things started going downhill. My leather,headboard was not wrapped and is torn. My nightstand was not wrapped and fell down the steps. I found parts to my kids toy out in the yard where the truck was parked. They have a large stack of furniture pads out in truck very few were used. They were in a huge rush and did nothing but fly through the unloading process. I'm paying by the hour. And agreed to pay for extra hours, so why they had to rush and mess up my furniture tells me one thing....they really dont care about other peoples expensive furniture. I haven't paid them. And I wont until I am satisfied.”
