This is my Husband's account but I handled the set up for the move ( Richard Anctil). Well, moved on Monday 8/17 and what a fiasco! First, the movers were 3 1/2 hours late. Then they wanted me to pay $10 for covering the mattress and I said they can cover it but I'm not paying for it. I called their office and told them what the guy said and she told me she was going to call the crew and tell them to cover the mattress for free. When they brought the mattress up, NO cover. To save time (I Guess) they put some boxes inside larger boxes but they didn't pay any attention to what was in the boxes. They put a heavy box of books on top of a box of picture frames. They had to dismantle my bed and when they put it back together, the headboard was mounted wrong. They broke a leg on our TV cabinet and when I pointed it out, one of the movers simply put it underneath (It was a center support leg) but didn't repair it. We would not ever use them again and definitely would not recommend them.”

Based on the stellar reviews I found and the advertisements I continuously hear about them being the best and taking care of customers, I thought we might use DN Van lines for our move. Needless to say, we will never be using them again! We chose them specifically to only move the couch and other larger furniture because we had packed literally everything else and they took their sweet time unpacking it all. We were being charged hourly so of course they delayed how long the job would take. To top it off...my home was built in 1894 with original plaster and lath walls....now scratched and damaged. We are choosing to never use DN van lines again, buyer beware!”
