Just got home to hear that our movers who were scheduled tomorrow (dedicated movers) will not be coming to our home to make a delivery at the last minute! when asked for their insurance policy, my wife got " due to covid, and "family issues" he wasn't able to provide a copy of their insurance policy but, rest assured he had our back" as those were exact texts. had our back? what the hell does that even mean? is this wu-tang clan or a moving company? I'm not in a shootout with isis!! I just need items moved from one place to another!! unprofessional and unacceptable when there is less than 24 hours till we have to move and we're s#$% out of luck. jason glastone needs to change his name to joey gladstone! dudes a clown! avoid this company! we need to move tomorrow and now we're screwed. next stop, better business bureau!!
