Oversized items such as sofas and armchairs are Packed in shrink wrap for protection and placed on specially designed racks for better storage. They provide vaulted storage for clients. Your items will be placed in a 7x7x5 by 250 cubic foot storage area (that’s about a room and half the furniture). Larger items, such as pool tables, safes, exam tables, stairs, are placed on their own shelves. Each item that comes into storage is inventoried and checked as it comes into storage and when it is returned to the homeowner.

Great job packing up but unfortunately things didn’t go as planned on delivery. I was ahead of the van and was hit by a truck on the highway. Instead of asking how they could help, movers were instructed to stop and get a check as my car was being loaded on the wrecker! I was picked up by a friend and brought to the house. The fee was $200 over the quote and things were not but in place, obviously I wasn’t there to explain where to put them. I saw them leaving as We pulled into the street. Overall very inconsiderate and unkind way to treat a customer.”

We chose Daley even though they were more expensive on a quote because of the fact we were told pieces would be wrapped in our apt and that they would wear masks. None of this happened. One piece was wrapped upstairs and none in the van but just covered. Not a mask in sight. Most movers offer to help assemble beds- not here And the biggest surprise was the $400.00 extra we were charged for their travel time. Would not recommend it. Did not respond to an email about these things.”
