Do your research and don't use this company. Was impressed with speed of crew and packing into the truck (although it was too small to even complete the move), but not with the multiple damaged items, including the front door. When I immediately reached out to the company multiple times via phone and email, didn't even get the courtesy of a response, let alone damages fixed or reimbursed. Only then did I realize it seems to be the way they conduct business and the only way to get them to honor their work would be to sue in court. Not a good business practice or a respectable way to treat paying customers. May be cheap, but sadly, you get what you pay for with this company.”

I am super disappointed in this moving company. I scheduled them 3 weeks out and everything was fine. I was recently exposed to Covid at the elementary school I work out and later found out I was positive for it despite zero symptoms. I notified the movers that I was quarantining and could no longer move on my scheduled date. I called back to reschedule after I had quarantined for 14 days and work cleared to return to work. They informed me that they would not schedule me any longer, no matter how many days I quarantined or if I tested negative. I did the right thing and was honest with them. I took all of the necessary steps to stop the spread and isolate myself. I hung up the phone feeling dirty and ashamed. I am sure there are people that they are moving that haven’t been honest and do have covid but I guess that is life. I am left with all of my stuff and have to be out of my apartment in a week.”
