My mother called for a quote and was told $565 they showed up an hour late and after 8 hours of work we ended up with with a hole in the wall, a broken refrigerator door and my mothers headboard on her bed was broken including the drawers under her bed, Then turned around and asked my mother for $740 and when my mother refused to pay that much attempted to say that she didn’t have the money, which was far from the issue, what they don’t know is my mom has had cancer for 7 years the last thing she needed was for someone to come in her house break her things and then attempt to argue with her about it. It was straight BS.”

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. Let me start out by saying I don't write bad reviews, nor have I ever in my life gotten into a verbal altercation with anyone before I had this incident talking to the owner of this company, Damian. I hired this company 3 weeks ago to move me out of my home. With the move scheduled for 3 days from now, I called to confirm everything was set up and the price we agreed upon during our earlier conversation. I was informed by Damian that there would be an additional fee to dispose of some furniture I needed disposed of. This was not our agreed upon cost, which I had confirmed 3 weeks ago with him several times. When I verbalized my frustration at the discrepancy Damian began to raise his voice, suggesting that I was insulting him, possibly implying that I'm racist (?) and verbally lashIng out at me over the phone before cancelling my move. Now I am three days out with no movers, not to mention shaken from the most unprofessional interaction I have ever had. Please save yourself the worry, time, money and find a company that doesn't harass customers or behave beyond reproach.”

Leave D&D alone and make sure your items are actually in storage before you pay. Don't ask! Make an appointment before you pay and be sure they know where your items are! Damon repeatedly assured me over the phone that my items were there! I made an appointment to see my storage, his son and I walked through 4 floors and guess what, NO STORAGE, yet he requested I make payment without an invoice, which didn't happen. Don't trust this company! He told me to come up there and KNEW my storage was gone! His son, Damon Jr advised me to call back he would recheck due to the electrity being out! I've called and sent a message as to his findings and never heard from him again! DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!”
