For my move I had to get 3 quotes from 3 different companies for my employer. At first I was skeptical to choose Allied because of the bad reviews. However, I decided to go with them because they were the option that promised to get my stuff there the soonest. I do not regret my choice at all. Rod was the "salesman" that came and gave me the quote, very nice guy. I then worked with Dawn in the office and we exchanged a few emails and she called a couple of days before the move. The movers showed up on time and were very nice and talkative and made sure that everything was all packed securely. They did no damage to our apartment and they worked very fast. Brian was the "head mover/driver". My only complaint would be that when Brian got to the destination he was the only one that moved all of our stuff in. He did a great job but it just took a little longer than I was hoping. Overall I recommend this company, they were all great!”

Coleman American Moving from Omaha provided an outstanding move from beginning to end. Starting with the estimate - performed by a very knowledgeable and professional individual. The estimate was easy to understand and timely, and was the best estimate of the three we received. It had a "not to exceed" clause which was very attractive feature. The move coordinator kept us informed and kept in contact from the pre-packing to the final un-packing. The packing team and loading crew were outstanding, the best crew we have encountered in 50 years of military and civilian household moves. The van was modern, no damage encountered. The unloading went smoothly, although the local crew had some difficulties. The driver was with the move from the loading, in-transit, and unloading. I would recommend Coleman Omaha without reservation.”

Lots of damage and broken items. Will I file a claim? No. Why? Because I am unlikely to see anything positive happen. Some of the items were antiques and one of a kind southwestern pots. How do you put a value on these things when there is no reference for the cost in today's market. I asked if they should be packed in a crate and was told no. Ha! Too bad for me. The whole experience was a joke from the "coordination" of the move to the arrival of two small trucks to move us instead of a van. Don't waste your time and money.”

If no stars were an option that’s what I would give them! As my friends sit in their new home with their kids and no furniture the company doesn’t care enough to give them an answer to why they still don’t have their stuff. The delivery is days late and they won’t even give them an answer on when it will be delivered. Their comments are they are short on drivers! Well that sounds like a company problem not a customer problem. You’d think they would give them a huge discount... nope no discount!”

Do not use this company!! They caused damage to the house we were moving out of, our furniture and the house we moved into. When it came time to talk about the damage it was pass the buck all the sudden that wasn't anyone's job to handle. A few of the guys were great and a few of them complained the whole time. It has been almost 4 weeks since we've moved in and we have left several messages and phone calls and no one is returning our call.”
