Be careful, they don't honor their damage warranty. I was assigned CT&S through my relocation company (Weichert, also terrible). This was a corporate relocation and my employer paid for full value protection insurance for all goods shipped during the move.An item was damaged during moving and I submitted a claim to CT&S in October. It's now the end of December and after multiple back and forth messages with them, multiple claims that they're "re-sending a check", I can only conclude that they have decided to breach their duties of the damage insurance contract. What a disappointing example of poor customer service. I will be contacting a lawyer when I get back from Christmas break.”

We have moved across state lines five times. This company has been the worst by far. Communication was spotty and oversight poor. They were not prepared to move certain items that were on the list before the move and then attempted to charge extra for them. We actually had to use our neighbor to load our hot tub because they weren't prepared. There was no oversight of packers who charged per box and filled many boxes half full or less. When we brought up that the number of boxes estimated was exceeded by more than 30, they had no response. The driver and packers were friendly and courteous however and they seemed to take care of our goods which is important, of course. Finally be aware that their estimates mean little - they are not bound to them according to their own admission (even after an in-home personal inspection). There are places with better service.”
