If you have family obligations they will work with your schedule and hours. They provide health insurance and pay all of it. If you’re a driver there’s a ton of incentives. There’s no opportunity for growth there. The pay is not a fair wage. It’s lacking in structure and needs better processes in place. Workers are stretched too thin and not properly compensated for increasing responsibilities. They need to pay workers a fair wage for the responsibilities they have been expected to take on or at least pay the average pay for the field they work in. They need to listen to they’re employees and not overwork them. They need to hire enough staff instead expecting each employees to do the work of 2-3 people.”
