First, let me start off by saying that anytime you have a loved one pass, it's always a highly emotional time. We had recently lost our mother and were struggling to figure out how to deal with all of her stuff. In the midst of all this chaos I interviewed, called and met with almost every Estate auction in the greater Boise area. There are people who will charge 60% plus labor or will try and negotiate to sell not only your loved ones items, but their house as well or no deal. After we had resigned ourselves to boxing things up and taking MONTHS or more to take care of a house and all its contents, we met with Albert. He sat and listened as we talked endlessly about our mother and all of the interesting and antique items in the house. He told us UP FRONT about the deposit and the fees. He told us that he would not recommend his service if he didn't feel that he could get the minimum fee. He was true to his word. Over the next few weeks, his team came in and took care of EVERYTHING. And I do mean everything! The sorting, the pricing, the staging for sale, advertising, online selling, the sale itself and the clean up afterwards. It was worth EVERY PENNY! Communication was constant and he listened to every concern and questions with patience and caring. If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing help when your loved one is gone , I HIGHLY recommend Albert and the Caring Transitions team.”

This Company was wonderful! I called them because I was referred by several good companies who work with them. I had a very delicate situation with my mom. I had to put her in a memory care unit that gave us a difficult time which changed our plans and dates. They were prompt. They were patient. They came back and we unpacked and divided up everything so my step father could have his items in his separate unit because he couldn't be in memory care. They were so gracious and kind. They listened and gave me hugs because they could see how hard this transition was as a daughter watching her mother become a different person because of this horrible disease. They moved everything in exactly like I asked to make my mom's room comfortable and as much like home as they could with the space they had. PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE What comment was made from this Mark Mendenall. He was only involved in the payment. He was never involved with this company. He has no right to say anything bad about this company who helped me through one of the toughest times in my life. I would recommend Caring Transitions to anyone! They did not remove any reviews! I filled out their website online form for the request, got a quick automated email response that they'll be reaching out soon...8 days later, still no response, so I emailed them directly 2 days ago....still no response or even a voice mail.
