On day of move, I was quoted from 12 to 3 for arrival time window and lo and behold, they called me at 1130 and told me they'll probably arrive at 2pm which was very considerate. But Kieran and crew were really great despite me being disorganized and distracted for most of the drop off. I didn't detect a hint of attitude or snippiness which I really appreciated. They were very careful and very caring with all of my belongings and really went the extra mile to make sure that I was taken care of and everything was in the place that I wanted it to be. Jonathan (manager) and David (owner) were extremely professional and went above and beyond to make this huge transition feel extremely manageable. Jonathan even took time to meet me at my business location to get an accurate sense of how much furniture needed to be moved. I really appreciated this as it allowed him to give me an as-close-as-possible cost estimate. On the day of the move, David and his crew worked fast and diligently. I honestly felt like the team was trying to get me moved as quickly as possible (and this obviously helps to keep the cost down!). They properly wrapped up glass pieces, delicate lamps, and used blankets for my furniture. These days, it's hard to find a relationship with a company you want to use over and over again (and refer to others!). Our recent move with Caremore was the BEST moving experience I've ever had (and I've moved 6 times!). We hired Caremore to do both packing and moving, and both experiences were great and efficient! The entire crew was extremely professional, kind, charismatic and willing to go the extra mile to make our move go as smoothly as possible. We'll definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends (especially ones with arcade machines)! Some things that stood out from our move with Caremore: Before the move, David, the owner, personally came to our house to do an onsite evaluation. Caremore was the only company to do this, and this made us ultimately go with them. It also helped Caremore give us an estimate that was very accurate! We had two arcade machines that needed to be moved, and we were very nervous about this. Both on the phone and in person, David assured us that the crew had moved things like this before and talked through a plan to move the machines that put us at ease. The day of the move, David ensured a very handy crew member named Paddy was there to help us with any handiwork we needed, including getting out a pesky stripped screw that had been plaguing us for months! David also rented an additional truck with a tail lift to load and unload the machines--at no extra cost to us! Talk about going the extra mile! Overall, the crew's friendly and positive demeanor just put us at ease. Trevor, our crew's leader, is extremely jovial and shared fun stories with us as he packed and loaded multiple boxes on his back. Freddy, Ciaran and Paddy echoed this vibe, and together they made two days of what should have been hell a really enjoyable and CALM experience. When we finally got to our new place, the crew unloaded everything super efficiently. This left ample time to do a "walk though" of each room and tweak any furniture configurations. This left us feeling great about everything after the crew left, and made us all the more excited to do the dreaded unpacking. Just hire them. You won't be disappointed.”
