They took a survey of the place and immediately got started...there were very efficient and helped me break down my beds and neatly shrink wrap my furniture...I had all white furniture and they took care of it all...they packed my 3 bedroom apt in just a few hours. Even received a call 15 minutes before they arrived to confirming they were going to be on time. The three workers, Tommy, Ross and Emil were OUTSTANDING. Gave them a generous tip because all three hustled and went above and beyond what our expectations. One thing I wish I knew in advance was if you use a credit card they charge you a 2% fee, no personal checks accepted. I definitely would have paid cash if I had known that upfront.”

I have known Brad in a professional capacity for a little while now, and when it came time to move, he and Bull Moving were the first to cross my mind. Brad answered all my questions, repeatedly, as my move was scheduled and REscheduled (apartment issues, not Bull Moving's fault). On moving day, Mike and Sterling called when they were on their way and arrived on time. Mike made a point to ask me about the things that were being moved and those which needed special care. Mike and Sterling worked with efficiency and attention to detail. Everything arrived as it had left and they even set up my bedframe and put my dining table back together. I have moved FAR too often, but this experience with Bull Moving made the normally difficult process so much better. First of all, you can NEVER get anyone on the phone. They will immediately email you after you've left a message with some excuse. My experience with Bull Moving was LESS than stellar - by a longshot. We hired them to move our things from storage to our new home - less than three miles away. I watched their "professional movers" drop my custom headboard - DAMAGE of $400 + dollars. Movers used a hand truck up newly stained stairs in our BRAND new home. DAMAGE - fortunately we had a runner installed. Broke my professional stand hairdryer $140 to replace - tried to hide it by placing packing paper on top of it. Movers broke the glass on our nightstand and tried to hide it by putting a box in front of it - their handyman was able to fix this. Handyman said this happened ALL THE TIME. Total of $900 worth of damage - they sent me a check for $120 with the caveat that I not give them a bad review. Why would I want anyone else to go through this? Absolutely frickin' ridiculous. And yes, I am depositing the check.”

This was my second time using Bull Moving for a local move in Tampa. The best part was that the guys (Sterling and Mike) had great attitudes. There was no stress. They arrived and got to work, moving quickly to get it done as soon as they could. hile they were both good, Sterling puts in extra effort. I never once saw him stop to take breaks. He was moving non-stop to get it done! He was the hardest working mover I have ever seen. Overall, they moved my 3-bedroom townhouse in about 4 hours. I paid about $475 plus tip. We got lucky b/c a new guy came by to train, so we had some extra help loading for 30-60 minutes. It probably would've taken closer to 5 hours without the extra help. All my stuff arrived safe and sound! They were quick but also careful. Overall, I am very pleased. Again, I feel like the mover's attitude can make or break a move. It's a stressful event and these guys really made it go smoothly!”

We were moving out of our 3500 sq ft home into a 2400 sq ft home across town and Bulls moving came with 2 trucks, 4 men. On time. The supervisor Erwin was so professional as were Larry, Adam, and Sterling, They shrink wrapped and blanketed all of our furniture, took all the furniture down the stairs with great care. It took about 4 hours. They stored our items in there trucks over night, tremendous help! Today, they will unload all of them our items into the new house, and I expect it will go as smoothly as yesterday. I highly recommend Bull movers!”

2nd move: used Bull Moving again, they were very kind to honor my original move price from two years ago since I was a returning customer. Trevor and a young man that I didn't catch his name (long-ish hair, European accent) worked quickly and efficiently. Only reason I'm going four stars this time around is because they piled up everything in the living room with the plastic around all furniture and we later had to spend some time arranging it. Two years ago the movers placed everything exactly where we asked them to and we barely lifted a finger with the larger items. To be fair I had contractors and delivery guys at the home at the same time so it was chaotic, but would've been nice either way.”

Would not recommend nor use again. Used this company to move, was provided a quote with estimate for around $200 by BRAD. Movers come to move me from one building to another withinthe SAME complex and take more than 4 hours to do so. I call and manager says he didn't know who gave me the quote based off the furniture I had but it was inaccurate... Guess who gave the quote? The manager, Brad! Found his name written down on a paper with the quote after the move. Then Brad tells me he cant do much it was a mistake. Sorry a $300 mistake? because by the time the rookie movers got my items to my other unit IN THE SAME COMPLEX my bill was around $500. I ask to speak with another manager Brad says "he's in out of town and i don't know when he will be back". Sure Brad, sure. Never Again! UPDATE: Since I cannot directly respond to you Jake i'll leave my response to your comment here. Brad credited me and made my bill $330 because it was a crappy situation and his fault. He's an 'experienced' manager, knows I was living in an apartment and didn't think to ask if i lived on the first floor when providing me with an estimate? for your information the movers spent ALL day moving my stuff from about 10am-4pm, not sure what brad put in the computer system but that is in fact what happened. I left my rating because people need to know what they're sining up for! Moreover the actual movers told me this happens to customers OFTEN where the estimated quote often is much less than the final cost. I don't think it is 'fair' for me to have had to go through this. And in your response that included accusations of me "exaggerating" in a situation where you were not present or available to be contacted at the time, you still have failed to address my DAMAGED furniture. There is no room for your passive aggressive response when you are running a business. Shame on you.”
