I had a terrible experience with Budget movers. Long story short, a Playstation 4 with its accessories was loaded on to the truck and never made it off the truck at our delivery destination. A guy called me several times in the days leading up to the delivery, every single time stating that the "driver had to be paid before delivery". While I found it odd that he made it a point to state that every single time, I did not think anything of it. In the grand scheme of things the cost of a playstation 4 is not a big deal, however their handling of the situation is extremely concerning. The company always insisted on the money up front without a review of what is delivered, the most valuable item we had conveniently did not make it to our destination, and they have been completely unavailable since the discovery of the missing item. Stay far away from this company for your move.”
