Pricing was comparable what everyone else has quoted. But would not recommend because representatives were not responsive and the workers were slow. I did most of the moving myself. I had to call the boss to get them to move faster. Ended up doing wrapping myself because they were terrible, couldn't have cared less about my product.”

Brown was contracted to deliver a Wayfair shipment. missed the 4 hour window on two separate days and made no effort to make anything right. Phone calls were pretty much "oh well, sorry!" If this is how you treat folks, you can bet we're not doing business with you on purpose. If I was as bad at customer service as you are, I would be out of business.”

If you are going to move. DO NOT go with this company. I repeat anything you do DO NOT GO WITH THEM nor Mayflower. If you must, you will better off carrying stuff on your back to another state. They are liars, everyone tells you a different thing. They do not insurance anything even though they say they do. Also the people are rude they curse at you, yell at you and humilate you. They are rough with your stuff. Lazy workers. Have two people and only one loading the truck and unloading. They say one price then they charge you another. They tell you they take one form of payment then they don't. They say a delivery date they come early and because you aren't ready they want to charge you holding fees. Just for waiting a couple of hours. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF EVERYTHING GOOD. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.”

Awful, use 1960 stickers, no need to buy insurance because they don't support consealed damage, unless you ID a box with a sticker already removed and if you can read carbon paper. Insurance provider pays 15%of damage, awful.”

This company is complete garbage. Too bad zero stars is not an option. My Wayfair order had guaranteed delivery by 24 December. Instead the order sat in their warehouse. These liars said they would make a delivery by Christmas Eve when I spoke to them via phone, but failed. In perpetuating this lie that they would make delivery they denied my family the ability to enjoy the Christmas Eve by going out since we were anticipating our delivery and waiting at home. They also deprived our family of the opportunity to make alternative arrangements- namely a place for my 70+ year old father in law to sleep and a table to eat our holiday meals at. They had the opportunity to tell us they weren't coming but didn't even bother to give us that courtesy. This company represents the worst of humanity.”

I used Brown's Moving & Storage for a cross country move. The movers who came to my home were fantastic - polite, helpful, informative. They inventoried everything and protected my flooring and walls before moving anything to the truck. They were on time, and my furnishings arrived at their destination on time. I had to have my belongings stored once they arrived at my destination because my apartment wasn't ready in time. Everything was stored by Mayflower, and then moved to my destination successfully. My belongings were insured during the entire move. The price was reasonable - I obtained several quotes before choosing Brown's. I chose Brown's because of their high rating with the BBB and because the representative who came to my home to do a free estimate was knowledgeable and courteous, and his estimate was in line with what I thought it should be. I would use them again and highly recommend them.”
