We had hired him a year ago just for loading and had such a great experience that I didn't hesitate to contact him for a quote. One of the many things I really appreciate about Jevoy is the ease of communication and his desire to address any and all concerns. We also had the peace of mind knowing that he hires some of the best, hardworking guys he can find to be a part of his well trained crew. We had quite a few big and heavy items that they loaded and unloaded with the same amount of care as the fragile ones. As with any big move, I believe it's important to be flexible and understanding on both sides. Although it can be stressful, it's important to be prepared for the unexpected. Jevoy was incredible. I needed two rooms cleared of furniture and boxes and loaded into my garage in preparation of flooring installation for the following day. I called the day of and he was able to help me! I live nearly two hours away from his business but it wasn't a problem for him. He came out and happily got the work done, even did some extra projects because he's awesome like that. He worked quickly and efficiently and handled my belongings with care. Jevoy is a total gentleman and his team handled all of my belongings with care. I am a therapist and had several boxes of fragile toys, art, and even a sand tray. They also moved a heavy furniture item in my house upstairs for me, even though it wasn't technically a part of the move. Hands down these guys are the best movers I have ever had! And this includes corporate movers! When I moved across country for work, the previous movers almost gave up on getting my huge couch into the apartment, but the Brighter Day guys didn't even blink and took only a couple of minutes to figure out how to maneuver my humongous couch out of this apartment, and then proceeded to take it to my friend's building that had even smaller elevators and hallways! This is the best moving company! Their workers are strong, work fast, never complain, are super professional, and have a can-do attitude. We had a lots of heavy and bulky items to move and a lot of stairs at our two houses, both where we were moving from and the new house. It was a much bigger job than their usual, so they rented an extra truck, called in an extra mover, and stayed until late at night until the job was done, even though they had to be exhausted. They even helped us with picking up a 12' very heavy table (at least 600 pounds) at an alternate site and adding that to the haul. Somehow they managed to keep smiles on their faces the entire time.
