I could not be more grateful for Bridgetown Moving. I spoke to Sully who helped me set up a last-minute move after my original moving team cancelled two days before my move date. I have to admit that I’m embarrassed I chose a different company originally because I was blown away with how efficient, helpful and most important - reliable - everyone on the Bridgetown team was. Roberto and Lino moved at a pace I was not anticipating. They were able to take more items than I thought they could in the time allotted which I was grateful for. This saved me time I thought I would spend moving boxes on my own. They broke down and put together my furniture with ease and were familiar with the building I was moving into which also helped as they knew which elevators to use, where the loading dock was, etc. I just don’t have enough words in my vocabulary to explain how much of a dynamic duo they were. I would give them zero stars if I could. If you book with Bridgetown, triple and quadruple check that the person you are speaking with is competent enough to enter the correct date for your move. We called Bridgetown on a Monday and scheduled a move for the upcoming Saturday 8/29 - they instead put 9/29 in their system and never showed up for our move. We called numerous times, and Sully was completely rude and unprofessional. They didn’t even apologize for a mistake they made. Bridgetown completely screwed us over and Sully said they would find someone to come help later in the afternoon and would reach out as soon as possible - he never called us back. Terrible customer service, go with 2 Brothers moving instead. We certainly wish we would have!”

Sometimes you absolutely, positively, have to move out of an apartment as quickly as possible yet you don't have the mental bandwidth to spend a lot of time making decisions or shopping around for bargains. Thankfully, a quick Yelp search led me to Bridgetown Moving. I messaged them to request a quote, it was more than reasonable, and with less than a week's notice, I had a team of professional movers at my disposal. Really, it was an easy job. I did the packing myself, and simply needed them to move a half dozen or so large and heavy pieces of furniture, plus maybe a dozen boxes. They had my stuff into the truck and to my new storage unit in just about an hour! Sure, they had a 2 hour minimum, but I was happy to pay the premium to just get it done with. Communication was thorough and friendly. The movers themselves were incredibly professional (though I will always struggle with being called "Sir") and my stuff was all neatly moved and Jenga-ed into my unit, easy as pie. I would without a doubt use Bridgetown Moving again.”

They were on time, quick and efficient with padding and taping, and tireless despite several flights of stairs at the delivery destination on a very hot day. They even got my heavier than a ton of bricks filing cabinet up to the third floor. Really nice crew, all three guys were professional and clearly had a lot of experience with moving. They were all really flexible about the parking situation too, I had reserved street parking with the city so the van would have space, but a couple people didn't move their cars in time, and the Bridgetown team just moved around them and made it work.
