We were moving from a 4th floor walk up in Center City to a house in Point Breeze and they took care of everything from the temporary parking permit (for an added fee, but worth it for us) to wrapping up the furniture, moving boxes and my precious 75 in flat screen and safely moving it all in to whatever rooms we wanted in just 4.5 hours. They will even disassemble and reassemble some types of furniture if needed. Steve, Eric and Patrick were the movers we had and they were outstanding. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I give them no stars however I was unable to submit this without selecting a star. If they damage any of your valuables they are not covered. They have loop holes in the contracts that they are only responsible for .60 cents per pound. That will never be enough to replace what they damaged. I used this company in May. They broke my 75 inch television that I purchased 5 years ago. I paid $2,000.00 dollars for this television 5 years ago. I know the TV has depreciated and would never expect them to give me $2,000.00 however their offer was $75.00. I don't think you can even purchase a television for $75.00 let alone a 75 inch one. Save yourself and make sure you look over the contract and shop around for a company that will take responsibility for their wrong doing. It is only fair that they accept responsibility, however they have no compassion or morals!”

Ripped furniture, 2 broken lamp, "stuck in traffic for an hour", missing parts to lamp, brought smaller truck then added, expensive, didn't wear masks, dented and scraped walls, owner rude, and it took 30 emails to get reimbursed 100 dollars which did not cover cost of one of the lamp. Claimed to have sent reimbursement check and two months later it never arrived. This company is unprofessional, poor quality, and only responded to me if I removed my initial review, and would only reimburse me if I agreed to sign that I wouldn't sew. I don't know how this company has good reviews.”
