The location where I picked up the truck had no one on site to check in at time of pick up, even though on the site I made the reservation for a time that they are open to check in with a live person. The truck was not checked in even though I returned it at 3pm well within the 24 hours I reserved the truck for. I have a receipt with the cost of my visit however I am still waiting for it to be checked in and I cannot check it in online as I do not have the keys because it has been returned well before my 24 hours. I am still waiting to hear from the regional manager in regards to.”

The service representatives were attentive and very helpful. They assisted in loading my vehicle onto the trailer and helped to properly secure it. I was unsatisfied, however, with the condition of the truck I was rented for my long travel back to Texas. The cabin of the truck was dirty when picked up. The representatives at location attempted to do some cleaning after I requested it, but it was rushed and inadequate. I had to spend my own money and time to clean. The truck was also in poor mechanical condition. It shook, rattled and vibrated excessively for the entire ride. One windshield wiper came apart on the trip and I had to again use my own money, ingenuity and time to secure it. The truck also consumed an excessive amount of gas yielding only 7 miles to the gallon.”
