When a company I had an appointment with failed to show, Boush took the job and was able to fit me in their schedule. It was critical to me because my elderly mother who is ill was getting a bed that would help her rest. Due to some shipping issues we had to reschedule but they were totally professional. They arrived early and when the bed was heavier than expected, worked with me to get it in the house. They were careful of my parents doorways and walls. They were creative in problem solving and they were so respectful of my 90 year old retired military dad who wanted to help. The job was awkward and hard and the two movers who came were both clever and careful. After reading the specs for the bed we expected it would need to be put in the living room because of a tight hallway. our movers looked it over, agreed it would be hard (knowing they would get paid their same hourly pay whether it took a minute or two hours) then they dug in and found a way to shoehorn that thing into the bedroom. My mom told me today that she got a good night's sleep. I love these guys.”

Really unhappy with the service I got from these people. It's been over 2 months since they moved me about 600 miles. I given up ever finding the cannisters, recipe books and other miscellaneous kitchen items. Obviously there is a box missing. The quote was nearly $3000 higher than the competitor but the salesman, Dan, made the company sound so profesional I thought it was worth it to have a trouble free move. I was wrong. One of the trucks had a broken panel on the back door and allowed some boxes to get wet. The box of Christmas decorations had to be discarded. About 60% of the boxes were not labeled so they just got dumped in the living room for me to deal with later. This was one of the worst examples of service I've received in several years. Several days after the move Dan called and asked if I would return the jacket and keys (I'm sure Atlas expects them to keep better track of those keys) one of the movers left in my garage. He insisted I would be reimbursed for the shipping costs but by then I realized how unprofessional this company is had no confidence of receiving that reimbursement so I threw them out. My apologies to Lisa from Lyle Moving in Kent WA, that would have been the better choice.”

Having a Pine table and 4 chairs and bench delivered from Cannery Furniture in Sumner didn't go well at all.......They were not suppose to be at my house till 2-5 window..they show up at 1230 w/out calling and says we just around the corner..no call...I had to put off everything and appt I had.... so they get the table top moved in and 1st thing they do is HIT the wall make a hole the size of my hand and not even a reaction...NO SORRY NO NOTHIN..just walked outside to call his boss...whadda schmuck.....I hadnt even moved into this new house yet....,just taking a delivery of furniture..I didnt move in till friday...They were kids not moving men handling heavy loads.....they left behind screws all over the floor, and my 4 dogs found the screws and glad I got to the dogs.....NEVER AGAIN..........”

We went with Boush as they have moved friends and relatives in the past and always had a good reputation. It was our worst move in 50 years ( we have had 7). First the packing was terrible. Items smashed together in large boxes. Little or now padding on furniture from house ( they said they would wrap in the truck). Several hours over in estimate and several hundred dollars over estimate. Lots of damage in storage and transit. Atlas worked on some of the claim (they were good). Repeated calls to Dan and Carl (owner) were full of promises to return calls and claim payments but no results. They may have been good at one time but the time is past.”

He told me that was impossible to guarantee.
