From the start, Lauran was super responsive to any questions I had and additional information provided for the quote. They were not the cheapest option for a full truck-and-moving service, but they were close, and they have the most services included in their rate. Walter was my foreman on moving day. Christian and Francisco rounded out our team. They called in advance, arrived well within the first half of the arrival window and moved FAST from there. Both our origin and destination apartments have odd stairs but it didn't slow them down one bit. Disassembly/reassembly was included in the rate, so our bigger items were parted out to make them easier to move. Every step of the way, they consulted my partner and I on where to move items, what was staying or going, if they could disassemble an item and so on. They were also super clear on any additional costs so we could make on the fly decisions (we didn't even have that many, but they needed a little extra padding for our TV, since I didn't have the original box). Our ending cost for the complete move was well in the lower half of the quoted range. After cleaning up all packing material and bringing it to their vehicle (not our own trash, a small but notable difference), they double checked that all was to our satisfaction and we were able to complete payment on the spot via a tablet they carried. Couldn't be happier with the service, and our team was super friendly and easy to work with.”

They brought in rugged padding to wrap the big stuff to avoid dents and scratches. They also disassembled the beds and table in no time. They worked fast and seemed like a fun/cheerful group. I worked with them to get everything into the right rooms in the new place and they reassembled the big stuff. My recommendation: - Pack your own stuff in sturdy containers. One lamp knob is bent out of shape because of how tight they wrapped it but that's the only issue I had. - Let them disassemble and reassemble things. It takes them very little time and saves you a lot of trouble.”
