I observed the mover employee pick up a sofa recliner incorrectly and broke the arm away from the frame. He allowed it to be in a bind and the excessive leverage severed the wood frame. Everyone [4 people] heard a loud crack (twice) and the sofa was broken right then. I then heard the owner (Paul) refuse to be held accountable to his client (on the phone). I was appalled at the response. I will testify on the behalf of the client, in small claims court. The senior lady client told me, she hired them based on the good reviews. BUYER BEWARE”

This place came highly recommended to me. I moved on Sunday 10/4. I spent $3k having my house painted before I moved in. They were on time and courteous to me but the team lead cussed and fussed at his helpers the whole time. There was a young teen and young adult helping him. The young ppl were careless with my things. Pushing things across the hardwood and scratching the floor or carrying things loosely so they swing around and damage the walls. They scratched and gauged door frames in 2 rooms. I have a table top that’s scratched badly on 2 sides from not being wrapped and it will have to be stained. My bed was put together wrong and had to be taken apart which took over an hour. The team lead cussed and yelled at staff even threatened to leave mid move. He had to call for help and the owner brought someone else over who was GREAT!!! Great attitude, experience, and very knowledgeable about how to move things with care. This was the WORST MOVE EVER!!!! Yes this company has good prices but it’s NOT WORTH IT. You’ll spend the money you save repairing things they damage. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable company that has experienced ADULTS that handle your stuff like they care. You’ll thank me later!!”
