Our move with Move4U was a terrible experience! They proved to be unprofessional, unreliable, unresponsive, and uninsured. 1-They completely botched the install of our big screen TV; tearing up the wall with multiple holes and severely scratching up the screen. Despite assurances they would pay for the damages through insurance, they have given no compensation and have been completely unresponsive in letting us know what is going on. 2-The washer/dryer hook-up "service" flooded our laundry room (the drain line was just draped across the back!) and the metal vent hose was left inside the dryer. 3-Expensive AV and electronics were thrown unprotected in boxes and handled roughly. 4-Unprofessional conduct such as constant complaining, bickering, and yelling among some staff; Leaving equipment and personal items at both houses. The bottom line is this company can't be trusted to move your goods.”
