A very good experience for a family that has moved frequently and knows what sets the pros apart from the rest. No damage and everything arranged just where it needed to be. Craig Belfor was able to create the inventory for our move with lightning speed due to his many years of experience and an eye that misses nothing. He gave us a binding estimate for a local move from one 2 bedroom house to another. We were able to schedule our preferred date. The two-man crew, Alex and Kyle, arrived a bit early but did not start the clock until the scheduled time. They got to work immediately. They promptly protected the floors as soon as they had been given the tour of each room, and began to carefully wrap and transport our fragile, bulky, difficult-to-handle antiques to the truck. They were polite and professional the entire time and went beyond our expectations. They offered to stop at a hardware store in order to replace some screws should have been in place before they arrived, and they agreed to disassemble and move a bed to the garage, that was being replaced with the one that they were moving that day. They took genuine pride in their work. The move took 6 hours and they worked very hard. The final cost exceeded the estimate by $60, but we were reminded that the original estimate was binding and that we did not owe more. Due to the outstanding job that exceeded our expectations, we split the difference with them. We would hire them again and highly recommend them.”

I highly recommend this company. I've hired professional movers numerous times throughout my lifetime, and by far this company is the best. We recently moved from Seattle to Napa, and we unfortunately had used a different moving company for the long distance move. We were in temporary housing, so they delivered most of our goods into a storage unit in Napa as we searched for a home. Not only was the other company expensive, but numerous items were damaged in the process. Belfor moved our items from the storage unit into our new house, and they restored my faith that there are still reputable moving companies out there that actually care. We had Belfor do our move From south Napa to North Napa . It included 3 stops to pick up furniture from storage , our old home and then our temp. apt. I was surprised at how careful and professional they were. They were right on time and showed up with 2 trucks and three men Kyle,Sal and Alex. Everthing was wrapped if appropriate and stored securely for the move. They placed our stuff where we wanted it and set up beds etc.The estimate was for 7 hours and they did it in 6 and came in under the quote , just as Craig ,the owner stated ,we paid less than the estimate. I had an excellent experience with this company. Despite an oversight on my part they went out of their way to pick up my order when necessary. Delivery occured much sooner than I expected it to and all of my belongings were in the same condition as when they left. Their pricing seemed fair and I appreciated having someone come to the house to give me a quote. Dave was helpful throughout the process and even picked up my order himself. I do think communication could have been improved. I was unsure about payment and delivery times and wasn"t even confident that I paid the correct amount to the correct person. I think it would be helpful to be presented with a clear outline of the entire moving process from pick up to drop off at the beginning of the transaction. Clearer communiction would have calmed some of my nerves about the moving process, especially the drop off. However, my pick up was excellent and did inspire quite a bit of trust. They seem disorganized. It took me several weeks to my move scheduled because every time I called, the owner was away from his computer and needed to call me back when he was in the office. But he never did. I eventually got my move scheduled. The movers were prompt and polite and professional. Everything went smoothly. I could not have been more impressed with Belfor Moving! I called Craig a week before I needed to move, and he got me on the books. The movers were supposed to be there at 8 am, and at 8 am Craig called me to let me know that the men had some car trouble and would be there shortly. So kind of him to let me know! Then, two men showed up and were so nice. They were wearing masks and kept their appropriate distance. They got me moved out of my apartment in no time. I am personally using Belfor to store my things for now until I move into a new apartment and he made me feel so comfortable about doing so! Cannot recommend these movers enough, especially during these COVID times.”
