Let me start by saying I've done several long distance moves: HI to CT, CT to FL, FL to PA, and this PA to FL. This experience has been the WORST moving experience I've ever had. Here are my issues with BCM Relocation: - used Ryder trucks - hired day labors to assist their driver with the move. When goods were delivered, one of the day labors was stopped from working due to the police needing to speak with him regarding a hit & run accident - contracted to pay only two payments made by credit card (deposit and drop off), but BCM Relocation demanded $1000 upon pickup and the rest upon delivery. After agreeing to receive payment upon delivery, they retaliated by refusing to accept credit card payment and demanded cash/cashier's check - told me that if I had issues with them/anything with move to contact Colonial Van Lines bc my contract was with Colonial not BCM Relocation - employee called me a 8itch on the phone - driver of the vehicle called at 9:30pm to tell me delivery would happen at 10am the next morning - weight estimate of 3500 based on inventory became weight of 4700 and no proof/documentation to justify the additional weight - even though all items were tagged/color coded to ensure no inventory mix-ups, multiple items were placed in my house which weren't mine upon delivery - boxes were crushed/open and bins were broken - boxes were placed in home in a manner to further damage items (TV boxes laying on its side, boxes marked fragile buried under heavier boxes - several destroyed items and now have to attempt to make a claim for reimbursement. Lastly, not to divulge personal information, the driver I had for Colonial/BCM Relocation for delivery had a medical emergency DURING delivery and (IMO) should not be medically cleared to drive ANY motor vehicle. Yet, when delivery was complete and the paramedics were gone, the driver drove himself away in the Ryder truck. Avoid Colonial Van Lines and BCM Relocation - they will make your long distance move a nightmare.”

We purchased the full-package moving services with this company and I felt this one of the worst decisions we had made in this year. I'm really disappointed about this whole moving and claim process. During the moving process, a few pieces of expensive furnitures got damaged because they weren't wrapped at all. One item even got missing. We didn't purchase insurance because we thought our items were packing by professionals. It turned out they are not and we wont get reimbursement based on damaged and missing items' price. The claim department said they will reimburse us based on the weights of the damaged and missing items. However, after over 4 months of waiting, the claim department gave us their FINAL reimbursement decision and the weights they calculated for reimbursement is far less than the actual weights of the damaged items. I asked the claim department why there is a huge weights difference and we can't agree on their final reimbursement decision. It has been a few weeks since I sent the last email and still haven't heard anything from the claims department. I don't know what to do when a company just don't respond.”

They do not have professional movers, they hire local people on their spot, their Instagram page has a photos depicting their own fleet of trucks, they hire Penske/Uhal trucks for pickup. We are very unhappy with the services rendered. We were told our belongings would be with us within about 7 days and we would receive a call the day after pickup to give us the date. There was ZERO conversation that was supposed to have happened until we called 6 days later for an ETA on our delivery. We were then told they are having problems with dispatch and rudely informed that there is no eta and they can deliver within 30 days as per the contract. Needless to say, we are without our belongings and will not have them for what looks to be about 14 days AFTER the communicated 7. Buyers beware!!”

THEY ARE AS DISHONEST AS THEY COME!!!!! DO NOT USE. Of course they gave me a quote and then claimed I had 50 more boxes than I told them. Only if you start your numbering with Box 41 instead of Box 1!!! Even after this was pointed out, they did NOTHING!!! Also, when they arrived, for thr first time, they stated they do not move liquids such as PERFUMe, cleaning supplies, etc. With no notice I was out 3 $100 bottles of Opium perfume and atleast $400-500 more in cleaning supplies and other items. Then they wanted receipts for everything. Do you have your receipt for MR CLEAN or your perfume purchased on line. I surely don’t. They are RIP OFF City. I hope they lose many customers due to their bait and switch.”

First they sent a truck that was too small for our 4-br house, plus the truck was full of cardboard, blankets, and discarded furniture from a previous move. We literally had to leave two rooms of stuff behind in a storage unit. Then they broke the contract and didn't deliver our things on time, and they still haven't given us an idea of when we will ever see our furniture again. We moved out 8 days ago, and all they will tell us is they'll TRY to get it to us within 6 days. I have had in the past movers that were not very accommodating but BC really was able to answer all my questions etc. The day of the move went seamless and they were able to send 4 movers. They wrapped everything furniture, tvs etc. If there was somehting i had forgot to pack they made sure that it was wrapped properly and put in a box. This was extra helpful. The men who worked that day had a 10 hour day, but stayed professional every step of the way. It is a tiring job and they kept their professionalism, even at 930 at night. Julio, Carlos, Jonathan and Gio are a great team together and did an efficient job. Where we moved to is a temporary spot, and when we move again next year we will be calling Beast Coast.”

Mine was tied to colonial van lines and i am going to review them as well . None of the furniture's were blanket wrapped and all scratches every where , they broke my new Bed iron beam , torn my mattress , boxes all torn, cabinet leg broken , had almost lost one of our furniture .
