We are very happy with our decision to have AVIV move us from our 3rd floor 2 bedroom to our new 4th floor apartment a few towns over. The crew called before they arrived and they arrived earlier than expected (which wasn’t a problem!). They all wore masks which was appreciated. Let me tell you, these guys hustled. They didn’t have an elevator for the way down, and our adjustable bed frame didn’t fit down the stairs. They ended up very carefully lowering the entire thing off of the balcony. It was amazing to watch. When we arrived at the new place, they had the elevator to bring things up so they wheeled a bunch of items at once and it went by pretty quickly. They offered to put things together for us and were careful at all times. Great experience overall!”

I was very happy with the local movers. But they use third party drivers/movers outside of the local area, which is problematic. I had a total of three different deliveries from the same address, one local and two out of state. Both out of state deliveries requested additional fees for some concocted services. In one location I firmly said no, and they didn't insist, but in another one the driver disappeared for 28 hours, and when he showed up he requested even more than he did initially. Aviv asked me to pay him, and compensated me later, but this whole story could've been avoided if Aviv could control those drivers and set up the delivery cost and conditions beforehand. So, I highly recommend them for the local moves, but for the out of state moves one needs to double check beforehand if there will be any additional charges, some of which may make sense and many don't.”
